Standard First Aid + CPR-C & AED

This comprehensive two-day training program encompasses instruction on essential life-saving techniques for first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) applicable to adults, children, and infants and the utilization of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). The curriculum is up-to-date with the latest first aid and CPR guidelines, ensuring compliance with the legislative standards set by provincial and territorial worker safety and insurance bodies.

Additionally, participants will gain hands-on experience through the use of training manikins and AED trainers, allowing for practical application and skill development. The classes are designed to be engaging, fostering an interactive and participatory learning environment that enhances retention and understanding of crucial life-saving techniques. To assess proficiency, the training includes both written and practical evaluations, ensuring that participants not only grasp the theoretical knowledge but also demonstrate the ability to effectively perform first aid and CPR procedures.
